SEEKING WITH ALL YOUR HEART
"You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
Jeremiah 29:13

The death and resurrection of Jesus is the greatest story in the whole world. It affects each one of us. Let us look at the cross and see why.

Points back to the beginning of Time

Points to the Future

In the Old Testament we read that everything points to the CROSS of Jesus, especially Isaiah 52 and 53. In the New Testament we read that Jesus died on the CROSS, shedding His blood for us all.
Abel’s blood had cried out in revenge, but Jesus’ blood pardons and forgives our sins.Look at the word “CROSS”.

Cursed
The CROSS was cursed. Jesus hung there taking the curse for all our sins.

Ransom
Jesus was our ransom. By the price of His precious blood we are brought back to God.

Obedience
By Jesus’ obedience, by His death – many are brought into relationship with God.

Substitute
Jesus was our substitute. He took our punishment for our sins for us.

Salvation
Jesus has become our salvation.

Jesus’ death would give us no hope without His resurrection. Great News isn’t it. Don’t be like Cain, refusing to say “I am sorry for my sins.” If so, you will be LOST.

Come to Jesus, acknowledge your sin and believe on Him and you will be SAVED.
